Dr. Barrett Johnston was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University. He obtained his medical degree at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. His anesthesia residency and pain fellowship were both completed at Harvard’s School of Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Following his training, Dr. Johnston returned to Louisiana and founded Interventional Pain Institute in Baton Rouge. Dr. Johnston works primarily in Baton Rouge and provides diagnosis and pain management treatment to individuals suffering from a wide array of conditions that cause chronic pain.
